CNC Machinist (2nd shift)

Global oilfield services company is seeking to immediately hire CNC Machinists (2nd Shift). These machinists will be responsible for machining parts using manual or CNC lathe and mill machines. • Please Note* - If selected for this position, you will be required to interview, in person, in Bartlesville, on Tuesday, May 6 at the designated time. Location: Bartlesville, OK Pay Rate: $23 / hour while training on 1st shift, and then $25 / hour once moved to 2nd shift (around approximately June 30, 2025) Position type: Contract-to-hire. Conversion to permanent employee is possible after 3-4 month initial review period, depending on job performance. Position Schedule • 2nd shift, 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM, Monday through Friday, plus overtime as needed* • Please note: approximate 6 week training will occur on the 1st shift schedule, which is from 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Expectation is to move to the 2nd shift schedule around June 30, 2025. Responsibilities • Program , set up, and operate CNC machines to manufacture machined parts with precision • Operate lathes and mills • Inspect finished products using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools to meet specifications. • Manual thread machining • Mori Seiki CNC Lathes, Manual Lathes, and Hollow Spindle Lathe • Maintain equipment according to procedures, or reporting problems • Work with blueprints and sketches • Conduct troubleshooting as necessary Requirements • Previous CNC Machinist or Manual Machinist experience is required • Must work overtime as required • Must work temporarily on 1st shift, and then permanently on 2nd shift (specific schedule is shown in job description above). • Must be local to Bartlesville, OK • Must have active Driver License • This company has a very comprehensive drug testing requirement, including urine and hair follicle testing.
