CNC Machine Operator (Mill or Lathe) - Emporia, Kansas Days and/or Evening Shifts We are seeking an experienced CNC Lathe/Mill Operator to join our growing team. Summary of Position: This position sets-up and operates production machines, including CNC mills and lathes, requiring complex alignments and adjustments. A degree of problem-solving skills is required to determine if tooling is installed correctly and machine is functioning properly. Inspects parts against engineering prints to ensure tolerances have been maintained and promote world-class precision. Responsible for a solid rate of proficiency, cleanliness and organization of work area. Proven ability to maintain a positive attitude and good work ethic. Required Qualifications: • High school diploma • Strong mechanical aptitude • Ability to follow all safety guidelines • Manufacturing environment experience • Ability to stand frequently and lift a minimum of 25lbs. Desired Qualifications: · Technical Certificate in Machine Tool. · Three years of Proven CNC work history. · Able to follow G code programs. · Experience in setup and operation of CNC mills or lathes. · Read and understand drawings/blueprints. · Knowledge and ability to measure with tools such as micrometers, dial calipers and indicators. The CNC Machinist is responsible for setting up and operating CNC lathes, primarily Mazak machines, while independently developing programs using Mazatrol and/or E.I.A. G-code. This CNC Machinist role involves running both repeat production and custom short-run jobs, performing in-process inspections to ensure quality, and making necessary tooling adjustments and offset changes to maintain precision. Candidates should be able to follow specifications closely and maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant work area.Job Requirements: The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience operating CNC lathes in a production or job-shop setting and be capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Cost Estimator CNC Programmer

Cost Estimator | $40,000-$55,000 Annual Salary | Quarterly Bonus Opportunities Benefits: • PTO immediately • Paid Holidays • Quarterly Bonus Opportunities • Premium Free Employee Healthcare and Life Insurance • 401k with Company Match • Education Assistance Estimates / Job Setups: • Review blueprints, specifications, customer proposals and drawings, and other documentation. • Prepare time, costs, and labor estimates for bids using company software and relating nesting programs. • Review all data to determine labor and material requirements and prepares a work order, including drawings when needed, to communicate the data to the appropriate sales staff and processing personnel. • Use nesting software to determine the most efficient material usage. • Set up cutting programs for single and multiple jobs using software. • Communicate the scope, instructions/ drawings, labor hours, material usage and material return to the sales and processing departments. • May consult with the Estimating Supervisor, vendors, customers, or other individuals to determine the lowest cost for finished material and/or project to the customer. • Estimator may review industry standards and/or other pertinent regulations for assistance in preparing the estimate. • Estimator will communicate with the processing scheduler regarding estimated times and completion dates. Job Costing / Post Job Analysis: • Use company software to gather job cost data and assist the Estimating Supervisor in analyzing internal costing trends. • Ensure the future bids reflect current trends in costing. • May work with the Estimating Supervisor and sales department in evaluating market trends and developing pricing strategies. • May assist the Estimating Supervisor in special studies to develop and establish standard hour and related cost data to reduce costs. Process Improvements / ISO • Assist the Estimating Supervisor in evaluating the work flow process and submit recommendations to management for improvement. • May assist the Estimating Supervisor regarding potential technological investments including software and automation to improve efficiency and increase profitability. • Evaluate content and timing of paperwork and forms to ensure proper communication is maintained between processing personnel, including estimators, and all other departments. • Ensure compliance with customer quality requirements, ISO 9000 standards and company policies and procedures. • Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
