Our company is seeking Steel Fabricators with welding and fitting experience. In this role, you will cut metal parts and fit or assemble them into structures, such as stairs, ladders, and columns. It is essential to fabricate these parts according to blueprints, you must be familiar with measuring tools. This job requires basic math and reading skills. Applicants must have experience fitting and welding steel, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Industrial Maintenance Planner

Maintenance Planner Job Type: Full time Shift Schedule: M-F, 7a - 3:30p, OT as needed Salary: $27.00 - $30.00/hour • Pre-employment background check and drug screen required. Maintenance Planner To Demonstrate Competence • The Maintenance Planner will be responsible to plan and schedule the maintenance program at the plant. • Responsible to develop detailed Bill of Materials for the equipment in the plant and enter these into the CMMS. • Will develop maintenance routines for all wear components, one machine at a time and enter this into the CMMS. • Will determine what spare parts should be stocked and organize the storeroom to house these. • Responsible for setting up auto-reorder in the CMMS and ordering/receiving as needed. • Will generate work orders and work packages daily and assist the team as needed in the execution of these work orders. • Will manage the KPI’s for the maintenance function. • Will lead all planning for any major outages. • Willing to spend time understanding the operations of the equipment in order to plan improvements on the same. • Will help Maintenance team with work on the floor as needed. • Other duties as assigned. Communication And Teamwork • The Maintenance Planner will be working closely with the Maintenance Manager, will ensure that all parts, special tools and equipment are ready for any planned work. • Working with the Production Leader to plan/schedule regular on overhaul maintenance periods. • Work with Craft to ensure the detail in the work packages are understood. Maintenance Planner Qualifications/Education • Previous use of a CMMS, or related base to plan and schedule work. • Hands on troubleshooting the equipment. • High standards of housekeeping and organization. • The Maintenance Planner must have a “roll up your sleeves” approach, be willing to spend time on the floor collection information and troubleshooting issues. • Requires a medium degree of technical and analytical skills. Requires the ability to do simple math calculations. • Will be working in a high temperature/ humidity area. General Summary This position is responsible for providing technical engineering and cost information to ensure construction work complies with all engineering standards. Essential Job Accountabilities • Assist with job controls to ensure compliance with contract, budget, schedule, forecasting and job costing. • Interpret design/drawings for craft workers installing material to ensure specifications are followed. • Interface with all on-site departments as required, to resolve problems, ensure qualityconstruction, in order to support overall project schedule. • Research and recommend resolutions to drawing interpretation problems, conflicts, interference, and errors, to verify that all completed work complies with applicable codes, drawing and specifications. • Prepare and disseminate all required documentation records such as status reports, punch lists describing work items to be done, sketches of work already completed, material requirement calculations, to supervisor to provide accuracy. • Provide technical support and direction regarding project material controls including delivery dates, construction schedules and d sign requirements to ensure additional costs are minimized. • Prepare drawings and sketches to support construction work, change orders, and estimates to meet changing job requirements. • Provide necessary building control lines and elevations for accurate measurement and correct installation of materials to ensure a quality job. • Develop job essential data including quantity take-offs, material price lists, labor costs per man hour, and equipment to ensure accurate estimates and bids. • Research historical data and productivity analysis reports in order to compile summary reports to develop guidelines and precedence for future estimates. • May supervise, direct, and mentor project staff to ensure individual development and that project standards are met. • Assist in representing company, project and/or department during client and project management meetings to ensure effective communication. Education • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred, or equivalent combinations of technical training and related experience. Work Experience • 2+ year’s construction estimating support, engineering, field support, or similar experience. Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities • Proficiency with all MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), Scheduling and AGTEK Take-off software. • Working knowledge of construction equipment and techniques, drawing and specifications, building materials and required standards applicable to discipline. • Ability to perform trigonometric calculation either manually or with a calculator. • Ability to assume responsibility, interface and communicate effectively with others.
