Job Summary – Full Time 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Open positions for Journeyman Lathe Machinist and a Journeyman Mill Machinist We are looking for a capable lead machinist with good work ethic, strong initiative, and the ability to guide small teams of machinists. We are looking for individuals that are willing to work aggressively to complete tasks on time to keep the flow of production going. · Opportunity for training on new equipment, expanding on programming experience, and overtime. · Advanced CNC Programming Training Available · Cross training between Lathes and Mills Responsibilities and Duties Proficient running CNC equipment such as: vertical mills, multi-pallet horizontal mills, cnc lathes including live tool and vertical lathes. Build fixtures and related tooling to support setups. Must be able to program using CAD software, Master CAM or Gibbs. Required to program, setup, and operate. Prototype and short run. Candidate should be able to work independently with little supervision. CNC Milling Center Specialist

Job: Machinist. We are seeking a CNC Milling Center Specialist to become an integral part of our team! You will perform a variety of tasks from Quoting/Estimating to Programming, Training, and at times running the machines. Comes to work prepared to do many different tasks in any department. Must be easy to communicate with, quick to know to learn new jobs, need a good attitude, able to ask questions when necessary, and are dependable. They must also understand the common knowledge of working safely. Good work environment and benefits package. Shifts: • Day Shift 6:00 AM to 2:40 PM Monday thru Friday. • Swing shift 3:00 PM to 1:40 AM Moday thru Thursday (have a 3 Day Weekend Every Week). Preferred: • HAAS and Fadal Programming experience. • Mastercam Programming Software experience. • Quoting experience. CNC Operator I ($20-24.00 per Hour): • Prepare and manage CNC machines to perform activities such as milling, grinding, drilling, etc. • Understand the vital specifications of tasks at hand and obtain the desired reference point by reading mechanical drawings, blueprints, etc. • Translate all the vital instructions into computer commands so that the machines can function accurately. • Prepare and also load raw materials along with parts onto the machines. • Prepare a test run to ensure the finished piece generates outputs as per the specifications. • Set the machines accurately to complete a full cycle that helps fabricate a large number of parts. • Administer the machines as they execute the task and make viable adjustments to generate better outcomes. • Examine and measure finished products and also compare them with requirements to determine if the process has been completed accurately. • Administer and maintain machinery regularly to ensure the utmost functionality using safety standards. Responsibilities: • Review electronic or written blueprints or specifications for a job. • Operate machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, and grinders to produce metal parts. • Calculate where to cut or bore. • Shape steel, aluminum, titanium, plastic, silicon, and other materials. • Determine how fast or slow the workpiece is fed into the machine. • Determine how much material to remove. • Select tools and materials for the job. • Plan the sequence of cutting and finishing operations. • Mark the workpiece to show where cuts should be made. • Position the workpiece on the drill press, lathe, or milling machine. • Monitor and control feed rate and speed. • Ensure the workpiece is properly lubricated and/or cooled. • Detect problems by listening for specific sounds. • Adjust cutting speed to compensate for harmonic vibrations. • Monitor the accuracy of cuts. • Replace dull cutting tools. • Check accuracy of work against blueprints and specifications. • Produce large quantities of parts. • Determine how automated equipment will cut apart. • Determine the cutting path. • Concert path, speed, and feed information into a set of instructions for the machine tool. • Use manual and computer-controlled machinery. • Modify programs in response to problems. • Keeps a record of the number of pieces made. • Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
