What’s Needed? • High School Diploma required; 2-year Machining Degree preferred. • Minimum of 2 years’ experience with machining, OR 8+ years of relevant CNC setup and programming experience in a related industry. • Proficient knowledge of 2D and 3D programming, multi-axis machining, advanced lathe concepts (including live tooling and dual spindle), and complex fixturing techniques. • Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, understand high tolerance machining and geometric dimensioning. • Demonstrated leadership qualities with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
