We are looking for individuals that are willing to work aggressively to complete tasks on time to keep the flow of production going. · Opportunity for training on new equipment, expanding on programming experience, and overtime. · Advanced CNC Programming Training Available · Cross training between Lathes and Mills Responsibilities and Duties Proficient running CNC Mills (multi-pallet horizontal and vertical mills). Proficient running CNC lathes (vertical included) Build fixtures and related tooling to support horizontal pallet setups. Must be able to program using CAD software, Master CAM or Gibbs. Required to program, setup, and operate. Prototype and short run. Candidate should be able to work independently with little supervision. Qualifications and Skills Years of experience 5-10+ Skills: CNC milling with strong emphasis on horizontal, multi-pallet systems. CNC Programming. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: • Standing/Walking: Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8-10 hours per shift). • Lifting/Carrying: Must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds regularly, and occasionally and up to 25 pounds frequently. • Manual Dexterity: Requires the use of hands and fingers to handle, feel, reach, and operate tools, measuring instruments, and computer controls. • Vision Requirements: Must have close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus to inspect parts and read precision measuring instruments. • Hearing and Communication: Must be able to hear machine sounds, alarms, and verbal instructions in a noisy environment. • Postural Requirements: Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and occasionally climb or balance while loading materials or accessing machinery. • Work Environment: Exposure to moving mechanical parts, metal shavings, noise, coolant, and shop odors.
