OSP Project Manager Lead

OSP Project Manager Lead The OSP Project Manager Lead oversees and drives the successful execution of outside plant (OSP) fiber construction and deployment programs. This role provides leadership, direction, and coordination across multiple OSP project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality and safety standards. This is a senior-level position responsible for supervising and mentoring project managers, providing coaching, feedback, and professional development. The lead monitors program-level schedules, budgets, and resource allocation, escalating issues as needed. The team collaborates with engineering, construction, permitting, procurement, and vendor teams to facilitate smooth project execution. Accurate tracking and documentation of all materials issued for accountability are ensured by implementing process improvements to increase efficiency, streamline workflows, and enhance team performance. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Machinist’s Mates (MM) are responsible for operating and maintaining ship propulsion machinery, auxiliary equipment and outside machinery.
