Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and experience with various machining processes. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery, ensuring quality control, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the production process. Responsibilities • Operate and monitor machinery, including lathes and CNC equipment, to produce high-quality components. • Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure products meet specified standards. • Package finished products for shipment, ensuring proper handling and labeling. • Utilize CAD software, such as SolidWorks, to interpret technical drawings and specifications. • Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance and longevity. • Collaborate with team members to improve production processes and address any operational issues. • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. Skills • Proficient in operating lathes and other machining equipment. • Strong understanding of quality control processes and materials handling techniques. • Familiarity with CAD software, particularly SolidWorks, is preferred. • Experience with Fanuc controls is a plus. • Excellent mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot machinery issues effectively. • Ability to work in a factory setting, standing for extended periods while performing manual tasks. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
