Job Full DescriptionKey Responsibilities: Perform conversational programming on CNC Lathe and Mill machines. Set up machine parts and tooling for production runs. Operate CNC machines to produce high-quality components. Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical issues. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Apply mathematical and geometric principles to ensure precision. Perform quality control inspections to maintain tight tolerances. Utilize hand tools, power tools, grinders, springs, and polishers. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Collaborate with team members and adapt to changing priorities. Qualifications: Proven experience with CNC Lathe and Mill operation using conversational programming. Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics. Solid understanding of materials such as stainless steel and aluminum. Proficiency in technical drawing, tool setup, and quality control. This role is responsible for operating and setting up 5-axis CNC machines to produce complex, high-precision components for military aircraft.
