Milling Operator

LOCATION: Southern Oklahoma/North Texas JOB SUMMARY: Our company is seeking a skilled Mill Machine Operator to join our team. As a Cold Mill Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating milling equipment to prepare surfaces for new asphalt, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • Operate milling machine to mill asphalt surfaces according to project specifications. • Perform daily safety checks on equipment and report any operational issues to the Foreman. • Prepare job sites for building, demolition, or excavation. • Transport tools and construction equipment to and from job sites. • Operate machinery safely and effectively, following company guidelines and procedures. • Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: • High school diploma or equivalent preferred. • Vocational school training or apprenticeship in a related field preferred. • 1+ years of experience in operating milling machines. • Paving or heavy/highway construction experience preferred. • Valid driver's license and Class A or B CDL preferred. • Ability to read building plans related to structural concrete and land grades. • Excellent mechanical skills and ability to follow instructions. • Effective communication with supervisors and team members. Machine Tech II

TEAM UP WITH US! The Machine Technician II is responsible for providing high quality repair service on equipment, in order to respond to customer needs in a positive, caring and timely manner and to ensure maximum value for work performed. DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES? WHAT YOU'LL DO: • Complete assigned jobs and task to meet flat rate times and re-do metric. • Work safely and follow all WCAT safety policies and procedures. • Complete related paperwork and access databases required to complete job (work order, parts order, JSA, DBS, SIMS, SIS web, STW) accurately and timely. • Follow contamination control and HAZMAT rules and regulations • Remove and install parts, disassemble and assemble components, and test and adjust assemblies with minimal supervision. • Diagnose and troubleshoot problems, give recommendations for repairs and make all critical machine and engine repairs and adjustments. • Test and verify correct operation of all repairs and adjustments. • Apply general failure analysis and procedures to determine proper diagnosis. • Adhere to all company policies • Complete all Level I & Level II assigned training in a timely and proficient manner. Heavy Equipment Mechanic We're looking for a talented Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join our team. As a Heavy Equipment Mechanic, you'll be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
