Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled and experienced CNC machinist to join our industrial manufacturing team. As a CNC machinist, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce precision parts and components. You will work with a variety of materials including metals, plastics, and composites, and must have a keen eye for detail and accuracy. Key Responsibilities: Setting up and programming CNC machines to produce parts and components to precise specifications Operating CNC machines to produce parts and components to the highest level of quality and accuracy Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines Communicating with other team members to ensure that all parts and components are produced on time and to the correct specifications Keeping detailed records of production and machine usage Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Experience operating and programming CNC machines in an industrial manufacturing setting Strong understanding of machining techniques and materials Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment We offer a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and a supportive and dynamic work environment. Other duties may be assigned. • Follow all rules and procedures related to Safety, Food Safety, Quality and Production. • Report all unsafe conditions and concerns to your Group Leader immediately. • Follow all housekeeping / 6S requirements. • Visually check the quality of parts being packed per set up sheet. • Pack parts into boxes according to packaging specifications. • Use paging system to call support personnel to press. • Make boxes. • Fill out Traceability log & apply labels properly. • Use floor grinders • Operate palletizer and/or hand jack • Assist in the printing department to load product in printers as needed. • Other duties assigned by Group Leader or Cell Leader. Qualifications: Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
