Machine Operator

We are seeking reliable and safety-focused Production Operators to join our manufacturing team. This role involves packaging, palletizing, and assisting in the operation of production equipment to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow. Qualifications: • Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus. • Ability to read instructions, follow verbal directions, and complete documentation. • Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and recording data. • Strong problem-solving skills and a team-player attitude. • Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks requiring standing, bending, and reaching throughout the shift. CNC Machinist/Programmer

Overview We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CNC machining and the ability to work with precision equipment to produce high-quality components. This role requires attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment. Duties • Operate CNC lathes and milling machines to fabricate parts according to specifications and blueprints. • Program CNC machines using MasterCAM, Autodesk Fusion, or similar software to ensure accurate production. • Conduct quality inspections of finished products using basic math skills and measuring tools. • Assemble components as needed for final product completion. • Utilize power tools and other equipment safely and effectively during the manufacturing process. • Collaborate with team members to implement Lean manufacturing principles for continuous improvement. • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all safety protocols are followed. Qualifications • Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment. Operate CNC Lathes, Milling, Grinding Machinery. Specialties in one or more areas is fine. Currently prioritizing experienced candidates in CNC Turning. • Proficiency in CNC programming is beneficial, particularly with MasterCAM or Autodesk Fusion. • Strong basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to machining tasks. • Ability to fabricate, inspect, & assemble components as required by production needs. Welding experience beneficial but not required. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
