Qualifications: • Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus. • Ability to read instructions, follow verbal directions, and complete documentation. • Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and recording data. • Strong problem-solving skills and a team-player attitude. • Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks requiring standing, bending, and reaching throughout the shift. Welding experience beneficial but not required. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
