Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented CNC Machine Programmer/Operator to produce high-quality machined components using state-of-the-art CNC equipment. This role is critical in transforming raw materials into finished products with accuracy and efficiency. What You’ll Do • Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings, including GD&T. • Program and operate CNC machinery using WoodWOP and Cut Rite software. • Set up machines, load materials, and ensure accurate first-run outputs. • Monitor and inspect parts for quality, making adjustments as needed. • Maintain and troubleshoot machines to ensure optimal performance. • Work closely with engineering and production teams to meet production goals and resolve technical challenges. • Adhere to all safety procedures and maintain detailed production records. • Keep up with the latest machining technologies, tools, and techniques. What We’re Looking For • Experience: 3–5 years of CNC machining in a manufacturing setting. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in WoodWOP, Cut Rite, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with cabinet construction, architectural drawings, and standards such as AWI, QCP, LEED, and FSC. • Soft Skills: Strong mathematical and problem-solving abilities, effective communication, and a team-oriented mindset. • Traits: Self-motivated, detail-focused, and driven to take ownership of your work.
