POSITION SUMMARY: CNC Operator – All Levels: represents an entry level position through an advanced level. The CNC Operator will continue to develop technical skills in their assigned areas, further their growth as team contributors, and begin using their experience and technical abilities to demonstrate leadership characteristics. The position requires hands-on experience and growing proficiency of Resolve Surgical’s most complicated processes. This position is critical in helping Resolve Surgical Technologies maximize the number of patients served while maintaining a high level of quality and safety. Shift Options (may vary depending on availability) • 4/10 schedule (6am or 4pm start) • Weekend At this time, 4/10 - 4pm start and weekend are priority shifts RESPONSIBILITIES: CNC Operator – All Levels: • Milling, Turning, & Electrical discharge machining (EDM) • Machine parts to specifications • Replace, adjust, or operate basic or specialized machine tools • Align and secure holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, or materials onto machines • Measure, examine, or test completed units to check for defects and ensure conformance to specifications • Maintain machine tools in proper operational condition • Maintain a clean and safe working environment in accordance with Resolve’s safety protocols and OSHA requirements.
