The ideal candidate will have strong motivation, good communication skills, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: CNC Machine Operator Location: Hermansville, MI Pay Range: $18.00 to $19.00 per Hour - details below Shift: 2nd or 3rd shift. 3PM-11PM EST or 11PM-7AM EST What's the Job? • Review setup sheets and specifications to determine procedures and machining sequence. • Operate CNC machines to cut, shape, or form metal workpieces to specifications. • Assemble precision components using jigs, fixtures, and hydraulic presses. • Inspect workpieces for quality using prints and gauges. • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including washing, packing, and marking materials for shipment. What's Needed? • Temp to Possible Hire Position, Full Time. • 2nd or 3rd shift. 3PM-11PM EST or 11PM-7AM EST, training will likely be on 1st shift. • Operators without experience or skills start at $18.00/hr. + $1/hr. shift premium. After 90 working days they earn another $1/hr. • Ability to read blueprints (preferred). • Basic math skills: add, subtract, multiply, divide decimals, whole numbers, and fractions. • Strong motivation and ability to work independently. • Good communication skills. Ability to read procedures, work instructions, and process routings.
