As a Tool and Die Maker, you will play a key role in setting up and operating CNC equipment in our modern, climate-controlled Tool and Die department! Base rate: $24-$42/hr Additional premiums based on shift choice • Weekend premium: +$4.00/hr • Overnight Premium: +20% of hourly rate • Second Shift Premium: +10% of hourly • Pay based on experience Highlights of your role • Work with advanced equipment in a well-equipped Tool and Die department, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives • Set up, program, and operate CNC machines such as vertical mills, wire EDMs, and surface grinders to manufacture and modify precision dies and other tooling • Create and edit programs on various controls to produce our high-end tooling • Inspect, maintain, and repair machining equipment, tools, and dies to ensure top-quality performance • Perform quality checks with measuring and gauging tools, ensuring accuracy and adherence to guidelines for on-time delivery and minimal waste You're a good fit if you have (or if you can) • A team-focused mentality, with the ability to train and mentor • A proactive approach to supporting production and solving challenges • Two or more years of related experience as a Tool & Die Maker or CNC Machinist OR a technical degree such as a Precision Machining Technology • Mechanical or technical proficiency to operate equipment such as CNC mill or surface grinder We invite you to See Yourself at Marvin Marvin Composites produces custom fiberglass components used in many of the premium windows and doors manufactured by Marvin, a family-owned and -led company. CNC Operator

We are a custom cabinet manufacturing plant and we need to expand our team. We build Commercial and residential cabinetry along with various other projects out of wood and steel. We operate a lot of industrial woodworking equipment as well as CNC machines. We self-perform installs and also all building and equipment maintenance. Tooling / CNC Machinist - Programmer & Tech

Job Title: CNC Applications Tech Department: Process Development / Tooling Reports To: Product Development Manager Job Summary: This position is to be held by an experienced CNC programmer and operator. Primary responsibilities would include short run high-precision jobs, Tool & Die machining requirements as well as technical and supervisory support for the CNC Production department. Must be a well organized and capable individual able to operate machines and support others. Core Roles: • Small volume high precision machining | Mill / Lathe / Wire EDM • Tooling department support for Tool & Die fabrication. • CNC department support in programming and fixturing. Duties and Responsibilities: • Quality – Create high-quality single run products to internal and external customer specifications. • Safety – Safely operate CNC Mills / Lathes / Wire EDM machine. Keeping working areas clean and clear of obstructions. • Expertise – Provide programming expertise to CNC production departments • Tools – Help develop and purchase custom tools for high-volume applications or specific tooling needs. • Tracking – Accurately record time & material using • Other duties may apply – Tracked 5 duties to be reviewed and updated annually at minimum. Required Skills: • High degree of personal accountability, computer skills, and ability to read fabrication and technical documents. • 3+ Years with Mastercam programming or comparable experience. Preferred Skills: • 4+ Years experience in machining / programming / job setups. • Experience in ERP-centric Manufacturing | Material Issuing / WO Management Physical Requirements: (If appropriate to include) • Must be able to lift weights appropriate to task (Mechanical lifts are available for heavier loads). • Must be able to stand or sit for extended periods (Up to three (3) hours). • Must be able to bend at waist and/or knees to properly lift pan of parts. • Must be able to push loads on carts up to 500 lbs. • Must be able to perform simple addition, copying figures, counting, and recording. • Must be able to follow written, verbal, or diagrammatic instructions. • Must be able to safely perform repetitive motions with fingers, wrists, hands, arms and Legs.
