Axiom Staffing is currently seeking a Warehouse Operator for a reputable construction company in Gettysburg, PA. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a company that values hard work and reliability. The Operator position is an active member of the production team that will assist in the manufacturing and/or assembly of building components to ensure daily production needs are being met. Qualifications • A minimum of 1 year experience working in a production, maintenance, manufacturing or related capacity is highly desired • Prior experience operating a forklift • Machine operating exp. • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and good work ethic • Willing and able to continuously improve in job performance and development • Active listening, learning, and reading comprehension skills • Willing and able to take direction • Willing and able to work in a physically demanding environment.
