The manufacturing campus maintains 24/7 continuous operations with roughly 300 employees and over 150 CNC machine tools. Applicant will be: • Proficient with the operation of a CNC machine tool. • Able to complete setups on various types of CNC machines • Able to read and interpret blueprints. • Familiar with standard machine shop metrology equipment and be proficient with reading gages. • Able to make machine adjustments as necessary based on tool wear and gage feedback. • Required to follow safety protocols. • Expected to complete inspection documentation as required by process control plan. • Able to perform preventative maintenance and 5S guidelines • Familiar with G&M code • Working in a team environment and required to communicate effectively with other team members. • Required to work 10-12 hours shifts on their feet. • Familiar with metric/standard conversion. • Willing to train other machine operators as needed.
