What You’ll Do • Operate 5-axis CNC glass grinding machines • Operate CNC turret lathes • Read part drawings and work instructions • Measure parts to ensure they meet drawing specifications • Use curve measuring devices to generate CNC lens grinder corrections • Load programs and perform machine setups • Make offset adjustments as needed • Log completed jobs using internal software • Prep finished parts for shipping • Maintain a clean, organized work area and perform routine maintenance • Follow company quality standards and safety protocols • Other tasks as needed Requirements • Previous experience operating CNC equipment • Ability to work with minimal supervision • Sit or stand for up to 8 hours • Use computers, inspection microscopes, and hand tools • Ability to kneel, bend, squat, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs • Climb ladders and perform repetitive hand/wrist movements What Sets Us Apart • Supportive, team-focused culture • Casual and collaborative work environment • Excellent benefits: medical, vision, paid time off, paid holidays, sick time, life and long-term disability insurance • Company-funded retirement plan How to Apply Ready to join a company where your work truly matters?
