CNC Machinist Job Summary We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team and contribute to the efficient and precise machining of aluminum and composite parts in accordance with customer specifica ons. The ideal candidate will be responsible for se ng up and opera ng milling centers, interpre ng blueprints and engineering specifica ons, and ensuring the overall quality and adherence to company standards. As a CNC Machinist, you will play a crucial role in mee ng produc on goals, maintaining machinery, and ensuring the highest level of accuracy and precision. Minimum Qualifica ons: • High school diploma or equivalent required, Machinist certification a plus. • 2-5 years of 3-axis machining experience required, 4 or 5-axis machining experience a plus. • Experience with Mastercam a plus • Demonstrate high skill level with the desire for continuous learning. • Precise accurate machining ability. Attention to detail and a meticulous eye. • Knowledge of general machining processes using a wide variety of machine tools. • Understanding of CNC machines and related processes, including set-ups, monitoring, and change-outs. • Proficient in blueprint reading and basic math skills. • Capable of standing for extended periods. • Ability to work in noisy environments that require ear protection and respirator use. • Physical ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. • Work well independently or within a team in a positive collaborative manner.
