Mill Set-up Machinist - Full-time

Tool and Die Maker

We’re seeking a skilled and reliable Tool and Die Maker to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building, repairing, and maintaining tooling, dies, and fixtures to support production operations. This position plays a key role in ensuring product quality and efficient manufacturing processes. Responsibilities: • Build, repair, and maintain tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures. • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications. • Operate standard tool room equipment including mills, lathes, grinders, and EDM machines. • Perform precision machining, fitting, and assembly of components. • Troubleshoot tooling issues and make necessary adjustments or repairs. • Ensure all tools and dies meet quality and safety standards. • Work collaboratively with engineering and production teams to improve tooling design and efficiency. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent (technical training preferred). • 3+ years of tool and die making or related machining experience. • Strong knowledge of shop math, precision measuring tools, and machining principles. • Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and CAD drawings. • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. • Commitment to safety and quality. Our Food Service Packaging plant facility in Plymouth, IN is seeking a Machine Asst Operator to join our team in the Corrugated Department. Shifts we are hiring on: • Days Rotating 12hr shift 6 am - 6 pm The starting rate is $20.69/hr.
