Responsibilities • Operate a cell of 1-2 CNC SWISS machines. • Utilize basic blueprints to ensure parts meet specifications. • Conduct minor inspections on parts, including 1st piece inspection. • Start machines at the beginning of each shift and load raw materials. • Identify and mark visually defective parts. • Perform minor deburring of parts as necessary. • Identify when tooling needs replacement. Essential Skills • 1-2 years of CNC operating experience (lathe or SWISS). • Proficiency in reading blueprints. • Experience utilizing quality tools such as calipers and gauges. This role will be responsible for operating (CNC) machine tools, including lathes and milling machines, to produce high-precision parts.
