This position is responsible for all assigned work in a fabrication shop. Missouri Fabricators is a division of OCCI, Inc. a growing company with over 30-years of experience in heavy civil construction. This person must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be adaptable to change. Essential Duties: • Perform work in accordance with company’s safety practices and procedures • Perform fabrication work in accordance with customer contract requirements and specifications • Be a team player • Keep work area clean and organized • Willingness to work in welding, cutting or paint department.
