Program Administrator

Job Title: Program Administrator This role is responsible for the coordination and administration of program operations and services. The successful candidate will exercise independence within established policies, working closely with senior management. • Key Responsibilities: • Coordinates referral, transfer screening/intake, assessment, discharge, and follow-up processes through assignment to and supervision of staff. • Reviews clinical charts on a regular basis to ensure quality service delivery. • Maintains a presence in the community through public speaking, outreach, marketing calls, and liaison with referral sources. • Provides backup support during emergency situations. • Leads clinical staffing meetings, reviews records, and ensures appropriate care coordination. • Supervises licensed or credentialed counselors, ART Technician Supervisor, Integrated Health Specialist (IHS), and residential nurse. • Coordinates in-service trainings and maintains employee records. Working Conditions & Exposure Risks: • Regular exposure to biohazard waste materials. • Regular exposure to blood and/or bodily fluids. Requirements: • Master's degree in social work, counseling, health, or a related field. • At least two years' experience in substance abuse treatment, rehabilitation, and/or family counseling. • Experience in program administration. • PLPC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW, LMFT, PLP, or LP licensure required.
