Responsibilities: • Operate and set up CNC machines, including those with Fanuc, Haas, and Mitsubishi controls. • Perform setups involving chuck changing, collet changing, tool arrangements, and tool touch-offs. • Read and interpret blueprints, travelers, sketches, and related technical data, including GD&T tolerances. • Conduct first-article and in-process inspections, accurately document inspection data, and maintain precise part counts. • Adjust machine speeds and feeds for turning and milling operations to ensure optimal performance. • Perform daily machine maintenance, including maintaining fluid levels and recognizing and replacing worn cutters and tool bits. • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
