As a key production team member, you will operate computer numerical control machines to fabricate parts according to precise specifications. Your expertise will contribute to producing top-notch components that meet our customers' exact requirements. Duties: • Set up and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling, etc. • Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine machining operations • Monitor machine operations to ensure accuracy and quality of the finished product • Inspect finished parts for conformance to specifications using precision measuring instruments • Make adjustments to machine settings as needed • Maintain a clean and safe work environment Skills: • Proficiency in operating a CNC Machine • Strong grasp of basic math for measurements and calculations • Experience with power tools for machining operations • Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately • Mechanical aptitude and understanding of machining principles • Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software • Understanding of tooling concepts and applications Starting wage is $19-$25 per hour, based on experience. CNC Machine Operators-

Here is what the job entails: The primary duties of the CNC Machine Operator include setting up, programming, and operating machines to saw, cut, shear, slit, drill, punch, crimp, notch, bend, or straighten metal. Technical Skills • Mechanically inclined • Able to operate grinders for around 15 hours/week • Experienced in power tools and forklifts (preferred) • Able to read a tape measure Quality / Safety Skills • Have acute situational awareness • Able to be trained on and operate overhead cranes • Equipped with personal protection equipment (PPE) • Able to lift up to 80 pounds Personal Characteristics • Work Ethic – Work hard, be reliable, and be dedicated. • Attitude – Navigate through difficult situations with a positive attitude. • Aptitude – Accomplish tasks to successfully obtain goals. • Maturity – Be respectful, open-minded, and accountable. Position: CNC Operator Machinist We are looking for a CNC Operator/Machinist to produce machined parts by programming, setting up, and operating a computer numerical control (CNC) machine; maintaining the quality and safety standards; keeping records; maintaining equipment and supplies.
