As a key production team member, you will operate computer numerical control machines to fabricate parts according to precise specifications. Duties: • Set up and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling, etc. • Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine machining operations • Monitor machine operations to ensure accuracy and quality of the finished product • Inspect finished parts for conformance to specifications using precision measuring instruments • Make adjustments to machine settings as needed • Maintain a clean and safe work environment Skills: • Proficiency in operating a CNC Machine • Strong grasp of basic math for measurements and calculations • Experience with power tools for machining operations • Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately • Mechanical aptitude and understanding of machining principles • Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software • Understanding of tooling concepts and applications Starting wage is $19-$25 per hour, based on experience.
