CNC Router Operator Location: Fayetteville, AR Job Type: Full-Time Pay: $18.00 - $23.00/ hourly (Based on experience and skill level) Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00AM - 2:30PM (weekends as needed) Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented CNC Router Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the setup and operation of CNC router machines to produce precision parts and components. This role requires a strong understanding of blueprints, measuring tools, and CNC equipment, as well as the ability to perform routine maintenance and general housekeeping. Key Responsibilities • Set up and operate CNC router machines to meet production specifications. • Perform minor maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance. • Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety and housekeeping standards. • Return unused material to proper storage after job completion. • Inspect finished parts using calipers and other measuring tools to ensure quality. • Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities • Working knowledge of CNC controls and machine operation. • Proficient in using measuring tools such as calipers. • Ability to understand and follow blueprints and technical specifications. • Familiarity with endmills, drill bits, and machining processes. • Solid understanding of basic math and measurements. • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. Education and Experience Preferred • Previous experience operating CNC machinery is preferred. • Basic knowledge of CNC programming and tooling setup is a plus. • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required with experience.
