We will rely on your expert knowledge and technical skills to identify repair and replacement needs. By keeping others safe, your actions have meaningful impact. Responsibilities include: • Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems • Monitor HVAC systems and operations and ensure that routine preventive maintenance performs according to established schedules and standards • Respond to hot and cold calls, then troubleshoot and resolve issues • Check, repairs and/or replaces valves, motors, controls, switches, gauges, wiring, fans, pumps, compressors, condensers, cores, pipes, and other functional components of the system • Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity • Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements. What You Bring: • Successful candidates will be team-oriented, adaptable, reliable, and nurturers of a healthy/safe working environment for all. • 1 or more years of related work experience. • Holds appropriate license/certification for the specific work to be done in the city and state in which the work will be done.
