Responsible for maintaining, inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing, and installing HVAC/R equipment and associated HVAC/R control systems. Maintains, inspects, troubleshoots, repairs, and installs industrial and commercial Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration (HVAC/R) equipment according to blueprints, manufacture installation manuals, and engineering specifications. Performs regular preventive maintenance on HVAC/R equipment. Troubleshoots and repairs building automation and control systems. Balances air and water in HVAC systems. Performs soldering/brazing and uses shop equipment/test equipment for maintenance and troubleshooting procedures. Performs other related duties as assigned.
