What you’ll love about working for us: • Competitive pay • Paid Time Off your first year of employment • Paid Holidays • Medical, vision, dental, life, accident, and disability insurance • Retirement savings with a company match • Company paid life insurance • Tuition/training reimbursement What you’ll be doing: • Perform a wide variety of installations of HVAC equipment following the detailed and general directions of HVAC Install Lead Technicians and Install Supervisors in the performance and completion of HVAC mechanical and electrical systems installation work. • Adhere to work plans, assigned tasks, prioritized work, work schedules, quality control tests and follow on-the job training. • If required, document actions by completing records and installation paperwork. • Learn the operating principles of HVAC systems, as well as work safety practices and general OSHA standards related to HVAC work. • Gain working knowledge of methods, tools, and equipment used in the installation process of residential and light commercial buildings. • Perform daily work duties associated with the trade under direct supervision. • Responsible for delivery of excellent customer service and sustaining high levels of customer satisfaction. • Effectively communicate with leads, supervisors and co-workers as needed regarding questions, concerns, and problems. • Promote Paschal culture in delivering customer service. • Maintain accurate accounting of inventory and maintains assigned tools. • Keep workplace organized, neat, and clean. • Other duties as assigned.
