HVAC Service Technician

Maintain, install, and repair air conditioning, ventilation and heating systems. Sell maintenance contracts to current customers to ensure products last longer. Perform preventative maintenance too. Discuss various options with clients when it comes to heating and air conditioning. Installations of new equipment - Installer only Pay $16 - $20 • Troubleshoot and repair HVAC/R equipment. • Apply local HVAC codes in a practical manner on each job. • Provide excellent customer service. Certifications are a plus for candidates Technicians Pay $25 - $30 Benefit Conditions: - 401K Match is Vested 100% on sign up - 6 month waiting period Health Insurance available after 30 days Commissions accrue from date of hire, paid after 30 days • Waiting period may apply for other benefits • Only full-time employees eligible • AFLAC and Liberty National insurances are available for personal pay only, not provided by company. Install Technician – HVAC

Position Summary: Primary purpose of position is for the installation of heating, air conditioning systems and attached accessories. Position also requires participation in secondary duties as required by supervisor. Normal Work Days: Monday through Friday. (Weekends, Overtime & Evenings as needed) Employment Type: Full Time Qualifications needed for this position: • 1 year minimum residential HVAC experience • Valid Florida driver’s license with insurable driving record • Must have basic HVAC hand tools • Active smart phone w/data Job Duties/Responsibilities: • Load & unload supplies & equipment in warehouse and truck. • Drive to and from job locations. • Remove & install complete heating, air conditioning, & geothermal systems. • Replace parts as directed on heating & air conditioning systems. • Perform routine maintenance on heating, & air conditioning systems. • Climb ladders and lift heavy equipment. • Communicate constructively with staff and customers. • Read and interpret blueprints. • Have knowledge of air balance techniques. • Other duties as assigned.
