Description ECS is seeking an experienced and skilled HVAC Sheetmetal Foreman to join our team. Supervise and leads the installation, fabrication, and maintenance of sheet metal components for HVAC systems. The Sheetmetal Foreman ensures projects meet specifications and deadlines while maintaining effective communication with clients and contractors. This is a Working Foreman position. Key Responsibilities • Lead and supervise a team of sheet metal workers. • Ensure the accurate installation and maintenance of HVAC sheet metal components. • Review blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to plan and execute work. • Monitor job site safety and enforce OSHA guidelines. • Perform quality control inspections to ensure work meets standards. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues during installation and repairs. • Coordinate with other trades, contractors, and clients to ensure project completion. • Train and mentor junior team members. Compensation : Starting hiring range: $24.80 - $32.50.
