HVAC TECHNICIAN

The HVAC Tech performs the overall repairs of the casino and related facilities heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment, in accordance with management directives. Maintains all aspects of commercial and residential HVAC units on the property. Diagnose mechanical and electrical malfunctions, installs, replaces, or repairs damaged equipment, and calibrates thermostatic controls. Install new heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning systems; repair and replace damaged or worn heating. Inspects and observes pressure of liquids and vapor with HVAC equipment to ensure efficient operation of units and make necessary adjustments.

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in air conditioning and refrigeration systems. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in commercial properties. The HVAC Technician will ensure that all equipment operates efficiently and safely while providing excellent customer service. Qualifications • Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role in property maintenance or equipment repair. • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to build, plumb, and service various HVAC systems. • Familiarity with refrigerants and the ability to handle them safely according to regulations. • Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • Valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites. • Relevant certifications in HVAC technology are preferred but not mandatory.
