Job Summary: As an HVAC Technician, you will play a critical role in the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties. Key Responsibilities: • Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, and ventilation units. • Perform system inspections and diagnostics to identify issues and malfunctions. • Replace or repair defective components, such as compressors, motors, thermostats, and filters. • Perform routine maintenance, including cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting system components. • Evaluate and advise clients on energy-efficient and cost-effective HVAC upgrades and replacements. • Complete service reports, including documenting work performed and parts used. • Adhere to safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment (PPE). • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects. • Communicate with clients to provide service updates, address questions, and ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC trade school or certification is preferred. • Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or in a related field. • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair. • Physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry equipment and materials. • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. • Familiarity with safety protocols and best practices in HVAC service.
