Responsibilities • Install, maintain, and repair HVAC/R systems including boilers, air conditioners, and refrigeration units. • Conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting of HVAC equipment to identify issues. • Utilize schematics to diagnose problems and implement effective solutions. • Perform equipment repairs using tools such as ohmmeters and other diagnostic instruments. • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all service operations. • Maintain accurate records of service performed, parts used, and time spent on each job. • Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about the work being performed. Experience • Proven experience in HVAC/R installation, maintenance, and repair is required. • Familiarity with boiler systems is a plus. • Strong mechanical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems effectively. • Experience in field service operations is desirable. • Knowledge of welding techniques for equipment repair is beneficial. • Ability to read and interpret technical documents such as schematics and blueprints. • A valid HVAC certification or relevant licenses are preferred but not mandatory.
