Job Description This Industrial Maintenance Mechanic IV-HVAC position involves providing advanced-level expertise in responding to work orders, troubleshooting, and performing preventive and corrective maintenance on facility mechanical equipment and systems in an industrial manufacturing environment. Key responsibilities include diagnosing and troubleshooting ventilation equipment, pumps, compactors, and fans; performing general maintenance tasks; and maintaining safety standards. The ideal candidate will have five years of experience in mechanical maintenance in an industrial environment or equivalent combination of education and experience. Universal EPA 608 Technician Certification is required. This position includes a competitive benefits package and requires a valid driver's license. The ability to obtain a security access badge at the client's location is also necessary.
