HVAC Service Technician – Cox Property Management, Inc. - Johnson City, TN The HVAC Service Technician position is a full-time employment opportunity within the Commercial Property Management division of Mitch Cox Companies known as Cox Property Management. Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Service Technician to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background with hands-on experience performing repairs and preventative maintenance on various types of equipment. Our team handles all aspects of repairing and maintaining commercial buildings, and the HVAC Service technician may be expected to assist with light electrical, plumbing, and other general maintenance work orders when needed. The candidate for this role must be professional, courteous, trustworthy, reliable, and a team player that works extremely well with others.
