Job Description: The HVAC Commercial Installer installs commercial and industrial heating and cooling equipment (rooftops, furnaces, central air conditioners, commercial refrigeration equipment). Responsibilities and Duties: • Installing HVAC systems (Hydronic, Steam, Forced Hot Air, and Heat Pumps). • Maintaining a high standard of mechanical installation practices. • Must have a high mechanical aptitude. • Ability to braze and solder. • Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints. • Understanding of proper refrigerant piping installation. • Basic knowledge of system controls and wiring. • Basic computer skills.Ability to maintain a professional demeanor, with good communication ability. • Qualifications: • Minimum one year of HVAC experience in HVAC service and installation or equivalent combination of vocational training and experience. • Must be able to work independently and as a team member. • Strong communication and documentation skills. • Must be able to pass a post-offer pre-employment drug screen and may be required to satisfactorily complete additional background checks as required (i.e. DMV, criminal history). • Must adhere to all company policies and procedures.
