HVAC Technician Responsibilities: • Service, maintenance, and repair of residential and light commercial HVAC systems • Install and troubleshoot low voltage wiring for heat & hot water systems • Check layout of existing heat devices and air conditioning units to plan work procedures. • Obtain materials and supplies according to establish policies and procedures. • Service machinery by cleaning, lubricating or replacing shafts, bearings, gears, pulleys and other parts. • Complete diagnostic troubleshooting the HVAC System from wiring diagrams and schematics.
