Qualifications • Required: • 5+ years of residential HVAC service experience, including 2+ years in leadership. • Strong technical HVAC knowledge and troubleshooting skills. • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication abilities. • Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar software. • Valid driver's license and EPA certification. • Preferred: • Experience in a multi-trade home service company (HVAC, plumbing, electrical). • Knowledge of flat-rate pricing, performance-based compensation, and service agreements. • Industry certifications such as NATE or HVAC Excellence. Overview: The HVAC Service Technician III is responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, and installing HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing and mechanical components/equipment. Perform Service projects/small jobs from beginning to completion and insure total customer satisfaction throughout. Responsibilities: • Installation and commission of a wide variety of HVAC & refrigeration equipment. • Performs maintenance of HVAC & refrigeration equipment. • Establishes and maintain clear communications with customers while both on and off the customer job sites. • Assists in maintain inventory and tool procurement of individual service vehicle. • Promotes and performs all aspects of BMCC's safety procedures and policies. HVAC Lead Residential Installer

Job Title: HVAC Lead Installer - Level 5 Job Summary: It is the responsibility of Lead Level 5 to install advanced HVAC systems and any other related HVAC components correctly and in a timely manner with a helper. A wide degree of creative design is expected along with the ability to lead and run a multiple crew install. Job Duties: Work safely following company policies. • Install HVAC-related equipment according to manufacturer’s specifications. • Wire both line and low voltage to heating and cooling equipment. • Create a proper workspace for the equipment being used (platform/transitions/plenums/etc.). • Install copper refrigerant lines to air conditioning units, including soldering and brazing. • Install sheet metal and flex duct systems in residential and light commercial buildings. • Properly connect gas lines to heating equipment. • Pre-measure jobs to identify proper materials required for install. • Receive, verify, and load all equipment and materials needed for each job. • Provide assistance to other leads as directed by management. • Provide training to helpers and prospective leads. • Demonstrate and establish effective working relationships with co-workers and superiors. • Properly fill out all paperwork required for each job. • Take all readings on a machine and understand the importance of such. • Maintain cleanliness of assigned company vehicle. • Any other assigned duties as directed by management. Education and Experience: • High School Diploma or Equivalent. • EPA Certification REQUIRED. • Minimum 3 years experience as a lead installer REQUIRED. Tier 2 - $27/hr 2yr Experience + Required Training Hours 16/yr. L5 LEAD Tier 3 – $30/hr 3yr Experience + NATE Certified $30/hr.
