Desired Experience and Technical Skills: Required: • Universal EPA 608 Certification • Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in all aspects of building engineering with a strong background in technical aspects of packaged HVAC, plumbing, electrical equipment repair, and maintenance. • Candidate must possess and maintain a valid state driver's license. • Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs. and climb up to 30 ft. ladders. • Ability to perform on-call duties and overtime as required. Preferred: • Knowledge of overall MEP/HVAC system design and application. • Experience managing work orders, utilizing CMMS technology. • Experience working in a service-related role, specific to commercial facilities.
