About the role The HVAC Service Technician at Big Horn Heating & Cooling is responsible for the repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting of heating, ventilation, refrigeration and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. This includes servicing air filters, thermostats, belts, bearings, and blower fans to ensure optimal performance. Key Responsibilities: • Diagnose, analyze, and troubleshoot various HVAC systems to identify and repair faults. • Perform preventive maintenance and proactive repairs as needed. • Serve as a direct point of contact with customers, assisting in generating potential sales leads. • Determine necessary replacement parts and ensure timely ordering to facilitate quick repairs. • Complete job-related paperwork, including job status updates, duration tracking, and daily time logs. Qualifications • 10+ years HVAC Service experience • Refrigeration experience is highly preferred Required • Valid Driver’s license with a good driving record • Clean criminal background (no felonies) • Excellent troubleshooting skills • Excellent communication skills

About the role The HVAC Lead Installer is responsible for overseeing and performing the installation of residential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role requires advanced technical expertise, leadership, and communication skills to ensure that all installations are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards. The Lead Installer also serves as a mentor and trainer for installation apprentices and team members. What you'll do • Lead and perform installation of HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ventilation systems, and related components. • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and job specifications to ensure proper installation. • Supervise and direct installation crew members; delegate tasks to ensure efficient workflow. • Ensure compliance with all safety policies, building codes, and installation standards. • Communicate effectively with customers to explain work performed, answer questions, and ensure satisfaction. • Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues or system performance problems. • Verify that all installations are tested, adjusted, and operating properly before job completion. • Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and job site conditions. • Train and mentor apprentices and junior installers to improve technical and professional skills. • Maintain company tools, vehicles, and equipment in a clean and safe condition. • Coordinate with project managers and warehouse staff to ensure timely completion of jobs and proper materials availability. Qualifications • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of HVAC installation experience, with at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role. • Education: High school diploma or GED required; technical school or HVAC certification preferred. • Licenses/Certifications: • * EPA Section 608 Certification (required) • HVAC Journeyman License (preferred) Valid driver’s license with clean driving record Work Environment • Full-time, year-round position • Typical workweek: Monday–Friday; occasional evenings or weekends as needed • Field-based role; must travel between job sites Compensation & Benefits • Competitive hourly rate or salary $25 to $35 per hour • Overtime pay • Health • 401(k) with company match • Paid time off and holidays • Ongoing training and certification opportunities

About the role We are seeking an experienced HVAC Branch Manager to lead our Cody branch. This position oversees daily operations, manages the shop, and ensures the branch runs efficiently and profitably while upholding company standards. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of HVAC industry experience, with management experience strongly preferred. Key Responsibilities • Manage daily branch operations, including scheduling, parts, materials, equipment, and labor, and upkeep of office location. • Lead, coach, and develop service technicians, installers, apprentices, and support staff. • Ensure high customer satisfaction through quality work, timely service, and professional communication. • Monitor budgets, control costs, track KPIs, and achieve profitability goals. • Maintain inventory, oversee equipment maintenance, and manage procurement. • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards. • Identify and implement operational improvements. Qualifications Required: • Minimum 5 years of HVAC industry experience. • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC installation, service, and repair. • Excellent organizational, time-management, and leadership skills.
