Job Description In this position, the HVAC Install Technician will ensure proper and safe installation of all equipment. The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: • Serving the company’s customers through expert installation of HVAC replacement systems. • Wearing floor savers while in the customer's home. • Using drop cloths to protect the customer's floors while performing an installation and maintaining a neat work area at all times. • Checking each aspect of an installation before leaving the job to prevent unnecessary callbacks. • Explaining the system to the customer when finished with an installation and ensuring that they are 100% satisfied with the work. • Being safety conscious both on the job and while driving. • Performing a full system change-out in 1 day or less. • Ensuring your truck is neat and clean both on the inside and outside at all times. The truck is one of the best billboards that the company has! • Training installation assistants and teaching them to work independently for maximum installation efficiency. • Obey company Code of Ethics and the Team Rules • Have a positive disposition and portray an attitude of willingness Physical Demands: • Climbing up and down on ladders and equipment • Ability to lift 50 pounds • Ability to pick-up a minimum of 25 pounds consistently and carry up to 250 feet unassisted • Operate handheld power tools • Wear personal protective equipment • Ability to work more than 40 hours per work week and up to 12 hours per day Working Environment: • Work outside in all weather conditions • Ability to work on concrete floors and uneven surfaces for up to 8 hours • The Technician may work in awkward environments and will have to carry all required equipment and supplies at all times. HVAC Installer - Experienced or Entry Level

Overview Looking for self-driven and dependable help to join our Idaho team, and grow with our company. This is a position for both experienced and entry level installers. No prior experience is necessary as we will train self-motivated individuals. Headquartered in Salt Lake City, Precision has projects going on from St George to Boise and everywhere in between. We are multifamily specialists and as such it accounts for the largest share of our projects. This position is in outdoor conditions for a majority of the work, and does require occasional lifting of items up to 100 lbs. Our typical schedule is 7:30am - 4:00pm, with a 30-60 minute lunch.
