Job Role: Service Technician FICO is hiring Full Time HVAC Service Technicians to join our team in Montana. We're looking for candidates who are eager, confident, and self-motivated that want to combine technical skills with world-class customer service. Service Technicians are responsible for repair, maintenance, and installing equipment for our customers. The primary focus will be HVAC systems and their controls. Some of the day-to-day activities and responsibilities include: • Provide technical support for customers and co-workers • Interpret blueprints, schematics, manuals and other specifications to determine installation procedures • Explain and provide detailed system capabilities and operational instructions to customers • Ensure on-time arrival to daily customer appointments • Place a high value on quality of workmanship, attention to detail and safe work practices for self and others • Occasional availability for after hours, weekend, and holiday service response • Travel as necessary that may require overnight stays Qualifications • Current valid driver's license and clean driving record • Submit to a criminal history check and obtain clearance from the state based on the state requirements • Place a high value on quality of workmanship, attention to detail and safe work practices for self and others • Superior customer service skills • Experience working with little or no supervision • High sense of personal accountability • Refrigerant license • Proficient computer skills, including MS Office, email and remote communication • Self-motivated • Knowledge of HVAC Equipment and Systems with a minimum of 2 years experience • Ability to use device specific software to properly diagnose equipment • Ability to use multi-meters and troubleshoot electrical circuits • Strong ability to diagnose equipment and determine if repair and maintenance work is needed or not; and ability to keep records of work done, etc. Benefits • Base wages of $25 to $40 per hour • Paid Holidays and PTO • We provide a company vehicle, tools, and appropriate training • Employer-Paid medical, dental, and vision insurance (FICO Pays 100% of premiums!) • 401k with employer match • Company Phone • Relocation assistance available upon negotiation
