An ideal candidate will have experience with multiple types of units, mini splits, electrical, boilers, and chillers. This role requires a strong knowledge set of commercial HVAC/R and the ability to work independently to effectively troubleshoot in multiple types of settings. Serving mostly the residential market, some light commercial work may be tasked. Techs work on all equipment types. Service technicians receive hourly pay ranging from $30-50 with bonus incentives. There is no cap on income with advanced productivity and personal investment.
