We offer: • Up to $2,500 Sign-On Bonus (Based on Experience) • Company-Provided Vehicle & Gas Card • 4 Weeks Paid Vacation • Comprehensive Benefits & Career Growth Opportunities What You’ll Do: • Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning, heating, and refrigeration systems for residential and light commercial clients. • Diagnose and repair issues with refrigeration systems (ice machines, coolers, walk-ins, etc.). • Perform routine maintenance checks to prevent breakdowns and extend system life. • Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to troubleshoot effectively. • Collaborate with other technicians and departments on complex service projects. • Use tools such as gauges, ohmmeters, and welding equipment when required. • Communicate clearly with customers about their system performance and recommended services. • Maintain accurate service records, parts usage, and job details in company software. Basic Qualifications: • Proven experience as an HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration) Service Technician. • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with commercial or residential refrigeration systems. • EPA certification (Type I & II or Universal). • Knowledge of electrical systems, controls, and wiring diagrams. • Familiarity with ammonia refrigeration systems (a plus). • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. We are looking to hire a detail-oriented Commercial HVAC Service Technician to maintain and repair our customers' air quality systems. The Commercial HVAC Service Technician will assist with repairing and calibrating systems, and replacing various components such as transformers, thermostats and compressors. You will diagnose problems, explain these to customers in clear, non-technical terms, relay findings to customers, and offer alternative solutions. To ensure success your customer skills should be as good as your technical aptitude, and you need to be well-versed in safety precautions.
