THE OPPORTUNITY: Eco is seeking an energetic and customer-driven HVAC Installer to join our team! Job Description: As an HVAC Installer, you help provide our customers with a comfortable temperature, no matter what the weather is outside, while helping them save money each month on utility bills without sacrificing their comfort. HVAC installers must be ready to install all heating and cooling systems in a home or office building. This role is offering a sign-on bonus of $2,500 to join our team based on experience! HVAC Control Systems Technician

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience mounting control panels, running and terminating low-voltage wiring, and working with HVAC control systems—especially Carrier Comfort Network (CCN) systems. This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC systems and the ability to read wiring diagrams and control schematics.
