Job Duties & Responsibilities: • Complete HVAC repairs, maintenance, and other related in-home service calls for both commercial and residential customers. • Diagnose and repair electronic, mechanical, and electrical components of HVAC systems. • Establish customer rapport and recommend the right products and services. • Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options, IAQ products, and maintenance plans. • Exceed revenue goals and maintain a clean, organized job site and well-inventoried truck. • Actively participate in all training exercises, morning meetings, and retreats. • Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations.
