Perform a variety of work in HVAC and the general maintenance and repair of buildings, facilities, and equipment to provide a safe and functional environment. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Perform routine maintenance on HVAC units, troubleshoot, install, repair and replace when needed. 2. Performs repairs and maintain structures such as floors, showers, sinks, walls, roofs, and carpets. 3. Troubleshoots, adjusts, and repairs locks on doors, cabinets, desks, and closets; door hinges and key slots. 4. Changes filters on heating, ventilating, and air conditioning units. 5. Services appliances, kitchen, and emergency equipment; installs appliances; reports mechanical malfunctions and determines appropriate action. 6. Conducts HVAC rounds to inspect operation of systems, including weekends as necessary. 14. Shares scheduled on call duties. 15. Assists the Grounds and Housekeeping Departments as necessary. 16. Residential & Commercial HVAC Technician Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to install, repair, and maintain both residential and commercial heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVAC/R) systems.
