ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Essential Duties • Electricians install and repair electrical systems in construction applications and electrical and electronic components of industrial machinery and equipment. • Adhere to the National Electrical Code and be able to read and interpret manuals, schematic diagrams, blueprints, and equipment specifications as well as properly using and maintaining hand and power tools along with electrical and electronic test equipment. • Strong communication skills are required along with the ability to use basic electronic technology for entering time and safety reports. • Uphold safety as the most important goal of our company. Support goal of achieving zero accidents. • Obtain safety training as expected by all company personnel. May have some exposure to and provide input to inter-organizational technical and business development activities What we are looking for • 2 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; or 0 years experience with Masters in related field. • Demonstrated command of engineering principles, methods, and techniques in area of expertise. • Advanced knowledge of relevant tools, equipment, hardware, and software. • Effective customer and organizational level communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Experience with Microsoft Office suite programs, AutoCad, SQL, C++, and other programming languages. • A security clearance of an appropriate level may be required after employment. • Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance.
