Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To • Follow all safe workplace practices and adhere to health, safety, and legal regulations. • Read and interpret schematic drawings and technical documentation. • Estimate materials and time required for tasks to support project planning. • Install, maintain, and repair secondary electrical systems, including general wiring, lighting, and communications. • Install, troubleshoot, and maintain power distribution equipment, motor drives, and control systems. • Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance in accordance with the maintenance program. • Maintain accurate documentation of performance issues, repairs, calibrations, and tests. • Train and provide subject matter expertise to other Electricians on the team. • Immediately report food safety, quality, or plant security issues (when applicable to the client site). • Perform other duties as required by project needs. Qualifications • Required Experience • Minimum 4+ years of relevant electrical experience. • Industrial and/or commercial electrical systems experience required. • Proficient in using electrical and hand tools (wire strippers, voltmeters, etc.). • Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and blueprints. • Preferred Experience • Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments. • Knowledge of basic instrumentation and calibration. • Required Education • Associate's degree, recognized apprenticeship, or equivalent vocational training or experience. • Ideal Candidate Competencies • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills. • Strong troubleshooting and judgment abilities. • Thorough knowledge of tools, instruments, and installation techniques. • Positive, motivated attitude and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments. • Strong knowledge of safety procedures and legal regulations.
