Summary We are seeking an Electrical Supervisor to join our team in the US. This role is pivotal in ensuring the effective management of electrical systems and maintenance operations, contributing significantly to our mission of supporting sustainable agricultural development. JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES · Leadership & Supervision: Lead and supervise the electrical maintenance team, ensuring safe and efficient execution of all tasks. Assign daily work, monitor progress, and provide guidance to technicians. · Electrical Systems Oversight: Oversee installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of plant electrical systems, equipment, and components to ensure reliable operations. · Mechanical Support: Provide assistance on mechanical maintenance activities when required, working closely with other departments to keep plant operations running. · Preventive & Predictive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for electrical systems, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards. · Troubleshooting & Problem Solving: Lead efforts in diagnosing electrical issues, determining root causes, and ensuring timely resolution. · Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety regulations, electrical codes, and plant procedures. Promote a strong safety culture within the team. · Training & Development: Coach and mentor electrical technicians, supporting skills development and cross-training in mechanical areas where appropriate. · Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, downtime, and improvements. Report on team performance, equipment reliability, and safety compliance. · Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve system reliability, energy efficiency, and team effectiveness. QUALIFICATIONS · Proven experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in an industrial or plant environment. · Prior supervisory or team leadership experience required. · Strong knowledge of electrical systems, schematics, and troubleshooting methods. · Ability to support mechanical maintenance tasks when needed. · Excellent communication and leadership skills. · Commitment to safety, reliability, and teamwork.
