As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing professional electrical services to government facilities, commercial buildings, and industrial systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of construction and electrical systems, as well as the ability to troubleshoot, install, repair, and maintain electrical equipment. Responsibilities: • Perform skilled electrical work in accordance with industry standards • Ensure compliance with OSHA safety regulations • Manage relationships with coworkers, managers, and clients • Specify milestones for success and deliverables • Maintain oversight of electrical projects to meet objectives • Adhere to local, state, and federal codes and regulations • Provide leadership and support to team members • Communicate effectively both verbally and electronically • Familiarity with commercial electrical trade Requirements: • 2+ years of electrical experience • Valid driver's license • High School Diploma or GED • Knowledge of National Electric Code (NEC) • OSHA 30, CPR, and First Aid trained • Familiarity with electrical schematics, blueprints, and manuals • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in various environments • Strong problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications: • Must be able to work in US • Four-year technical degree in electrical field • Experience with precision alignment of motors, couplings, bearings, and pumps • Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems • Proficiency in troubleshooting hydraulic and pneumatic systems • Knowledge of PLC controls Competencies: • Team Building • Technical Capacity • Communication Proficiency • Problem Solving/Analysis Education: • High School Diploma or equivalent work experience This is a full-time position with benefits including 401(k), dental insurance, health insurance, life insurance, paid time off, professional development assistance, vision insurance, and access to J2U Apprenticeship and Training Programs.
