Electrical System Specialist

Maintenance Technician Job Summary • The Maintenance Technician will troubleshoot and resolve complex problems with electronic, electromechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and optic systems. • They will perform pre-inspections to determine necessary supplies, tools, and equipment required for tasks. Responsibilities: • Troubleshoot and repair complex problems with AC and DC motor controls, programmable controllers, and other equipment. • Perform PMs, cleans, and lubricates molding machines and equipment. • Operate a forklift safely and efficiently. Requirements: • High School Diploma or equivalent and 2+ years industrial maintenance experience. • Familiarity with electrical distribution and machine controls ranging from 24 to 480 volts AC/DC. • Ability to read, interpret, and troubleshoot using schematic diagrams. • Good hand-eye coordination and ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. • Specific vision abilities required include distance, peripheral, and depth perception.
