Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Journeyman Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in electrical systems, including both high and low voltage applications. The Journeyman Electrician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems while adhering to safety standards. Experience • Proven experience as a Journeyperson Electrician or similar role in the commercial sector. • Strong knowledge of NEC regulations and safety practices related to electrical work. • Familiarity with high voltage and low voltage systems is essential. • Experience working on construction sites with a focus on renovation projects is preferred. • Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, voltmeters, ohmmeters, and other relevant equipment. • Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams is a plus. Maintenance Instrumentation/Electrician Technician

About the Role: An established ethanol production facility near Le Mars is seeking a Maintenance Instrumentation & Electrical (I/E) Technician to support plant reliability, safety, and efficiency. This is a hands-on role working on industrial electrical systems, instrumentation, controls, and troubleshooting. About the position Responsibilities • Perform and inspect preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, and repair of electrical components and power systems. • Assist with troubleshooting, replacing, and testing malfunctioning electrical components on electrical power systems. • Inspect, clean, treat for corrosion, and perform operational checks on electrical infrastructure, transformers, and motors with supervision. • Install conduit following code standards and professional workmanship with general supervision. • Analyze and repair components using conventional and digital multi-meters, voltmeters, ohmmeters, and hand tools. • Install bus duct, switchgear, QO panels, and main switches with supervision. • Ensure all work is completed safely, correctly, professionally, and timely, including documentation and clean-up responsibilities. • Account for time on work orders ensuring proper labor utilization. • Follow up and provide feedback on work orders. Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent GED; a 2-year degree or state of Iowa licensure preferred. • 1 year of WEI electrical experience. • Basic understanding of concepts and applications of electrical and power directives. • Adequate communication, math, computer, and problem-solving skills. • Capable of generating and processing work on a computerized maintenance management system. • Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and mechanical drawings.
