Future Position Overview JOB SUMMARY This role involves performing and coordinating the installation and servicing of electrical products in residential and light commercial settings. JOB DUTIES • Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial electrical equipment and systems. • Assess electrical equipment, troubleshoot malfunctions, and determine necessary repairs. • Work with blueprints, electrical schematics, and job specifications as applicable. • Identify and gather materials and quantities needed for both new and repair projects. • Use the Straight Forward Pricing Guide to accurately present options and conduct thorough safety inspections. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS • 3+ years of experience as a residential electrician. • High school diploma or equivalent. • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening. • Clean driving record. • Strong communication skills to effectively explain issues and solutions to clients. • Required local and state licenses. Electrician / Fort Smith

Department: Maintenance Shift: Day Working Hours: 7am til 3:30pm Summary: Under general supervision, installs, troubleshoots and repairs all electrical circuits and devices throughout the Baptist Health System. Other information: EDUCATION: A high school diploma or GED is required. EXPERIENCE, TRAINING, KNOWLEDGE: Formal technical training in the electrical field to at least the apprentice level is preferred. CERTIFICATION, LICENSURE, BONDING: Licensed and bonded Master Electrician is preferred. PHYSICAL WORKING CONDITIONS: Must occasionally work in temperatures ranging from below zero to 140oF. For extended periods, must routinely bend, stoop, squat, lift and manipulate up to 50 pounds, push, pull, stand, walk, climb and use hand and power tools. May be exposed to various stored energy, some of which could be lethal, such as electrical, mechanical, steam and air. Is sometimes exposed to hazards such as chemicals, acids and gases with protective measures provided. Occasionally will work in a noisy environment. This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.

Electrical Controls Technician

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Electrical Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate would have hands-on experience with a wide range of electrical and electronic systems, as well as the ability to interpret technical documents and communicate effectively with clients. This role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electrical equipment in an industrial setting. The Electrical Technician will work closely with other technicians and engineers to ensure optimal performance of all electrical systems. Responsibilities • Perform installation, maintenance, and of electrical systems and equipment. • Troubleshoot electrical issues using precision measuring instruments and voltmeters. • Read and interpret technical schematics to diagnose problems effectively. • Conduct field service operations to support electrical systems in various environments. • Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used for future reference. • Assist in the development of new products for electrical equipment. • Detect potential issues before they escalate into larger problems. Experience • Proven experience as an Industrial Electrician or similar role in an industrial environment. • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand complex electrical systems. • Ability to work with a wide range of AC/DC voltages. • Familiarity with E & I (Electrical & Instrumentation) practices is preferred. • Experience using voltmeters and other precision measuring instruments for diagnostics. • Familiarity with various sensors and transmitters (flow, pressure, level, temperature). • Ability to troubleshoot circuits to match a PLC program. • Ability to work with electrical conductors, transducers, sensors, conduit, cable trays, power panels, VFD, and SCR. Computer Skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. • General computer literacy. Travel Requirements • Willingness to travel domestically up to 50% of the time. • Potential for occasional international travel.
